To study Level 2 Barbering, I have to buy few things.

The kit includes:

14. Neck Brush
15. Scissors Headfix 5" V2
16. Tint Bowl
17. Tint Brush Small
18. Wahl Pro Clip 
19. Water Spray

As a Women's Hairdresser, I got already few things from this list above so I don't have to spend so much money to get all those products.

Ok, In my opinion, products highlighted on red are the ones most important  on this list
You have to consider the quality of those products.
Think if you would like to spend more money and buy better quality products or just stick to products  on the list.

You can get them from many stores in very good low price

Rest of the Poducts you can buy in Sally shop or Capital or online on Ebay
Personaly I prefer Ebay ( Price of the Matador combs is 7.99 with free Delievery )

When I talked with one barber he said that he is using only one comb and hair clipper with guids for fading.

I will probably learn how to fade the hair using scissors over comb first and after that I will learn how to use clippers.

It is not a new thing to know that the actresses or singers wear wigs.
They have to prepare their hair for each show and each movie.
So changing the natural hair colour frequantly will result in damage, brittle and frizzy hair.
     The wig is a great solution to keep your natural hair healthy.
You could change the colour of the wig anytime you need different hair colour or style and be ready for the specific task, tv role or music show.
The wig can be usfull in many situations.
1.You can buy wig and wear it before going out to club so people will not recognise you.
2. Model can wear wig for her fashion show.
3. Wig is nessecary hair's accessorie  for the actress or actor in Theater.
4. Use it for hen party and have a fun time.

Beach Hairstyle

Beach Hairstyle 

Recently I did one haisrtyle for Hanka. 

She organised photoshoot with my husband and said that she needs a hairdresser who could do for her the beach hairstyle.

Her hair is fine and straight and very long.

I had one hour to blow-dry her hair.

She was very happy with the result.

Sun and Bleached Hair

Sun and Bleached Hair

We all love the sun and high temperature but our hair are not so happy us we are.

The sun can burn our hair if we exposed the hair to sun for long period of time.

The bleached hair get burn even faster and if we dont protect our hair with heat protector the hair will  dry out and could even snap.

For temperature above 22˚C, I recommend to wear hat to protect our hair / bleached hair from sun.

Women who are doing activities like tennis, beach volleyball, ride the bike and more should definitly protect their hair by using heat protector.

Our bleached hair need moisture and uv protection as our skin.

Let your hair looks fab !! Use UV Heat Protection Spray.

How to make your collection

How to make your collection 

Do you feel you are ready to make your collection?
As a creative person you should plan what haircut and hairstyle you would like to do, scetch all details on the paper, think who is going to help you with that and check how much money you are able to spend for your project.

The collection is a great way to showcase your work. Your friends and family could be your next customers and your collection is a prfect way of advertisement.

 Maybe you have some ideas already and you just need a model and good photographer.

A good quality photos are your best friend. The details are very important so be sure to cut the hair to the highest standard and add some serum to the hair to get some extra shine or trim the ends.

My husband is a great photographer, when I need a few photos, I will ask him to do photoshoot.

A moodboard is a great source of information. When you forget what colour you were thinking to use, check the moodboard to remind yourself about the details of your hair colour or cut.

Research magazines and fashion books to find your inspiration.
